Founded by Antonio M. Varvaro, a distinguished member of the Rome Bar Association since 1990 and an advocate rights of audience before the Court of Cassation and the highest jurisdiction in Italy, one of the core value of the firm is to bring unparalleled expertise to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We usually propose our clients a two steps Credit Recovery process, hence two distinguished Services, as follows :
(i) the process of debt collection and negotiation with the Debtor through a pre-judiciary procedure (the “Non Judiciary Recovery Attempt”), and
(ii) the litigation / arbitration process for the debt recovery before a competent UAE State Court or Arbitral Tribunal.
We are able to assist our Clients before any Court of the UAE and in any stage till execution.
Labour and Employment Law
UAE is a multi-cultural Country where over 100 nationalities live together, both in the position of employers and employees. The Federal Decree n. 33/2021 (which repealed the Labour Law n. 8 of 1980) is the source regulating most of the employment contracts implemented by Circulars and Resolutions issued by
the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
